Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atlas Destinations website and subscription service operated by Atlas Destinations ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing up for or using our service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Atlas Destinations provides a satellite website subscription service for tour and activity operators. Subscribers are featured on one or more destination-specific websites owned and operated by Atlas Destinations, with the intent of driving high-intent travelers to the subscriber's own booking page.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or sole trader operating a tour, activity, attraction, or related travel experience to subscribe. By subscribing you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We use third-party payment processors; your payment details are handled directly by those processors and are not stored by us. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your listing.

Prices are as listed on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.

5. Your Content

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use the business name, descriptions, images, and other materials you provide for the purpose of creating and maintaining your listing on our satellite sites. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to edit, reformat, or decline content that does not meet our quality standards or that we reasonably consider misleading, offensive, or legally problematic.

6. Our Content and Websites

All satellite websites, domain names, design, and editorial content are owned by Atlas Destinations. No part of our websites may be reproduced, redistributed, or used outside the scope of the subscription service without our prior written consent.

7. Visitors and Performance

We do not guarantee specific visitor volumes, click-through rates, booking conversions, or revenue outcomes. Performance varies by destination, niche, seasonality, and market conditions. Visitor and performance data shared in dashboards or reports is provided in good faith but may not be exhaustive.

8. Site Administration

We handle the day-to-day operation of all satellite sites, including hosting, content maintenance, and routine administrative matters arising from running the site. Subscribers remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information and content they provide.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to promote illegal activities, mislead consumers, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation of Atlas Destinations or any of its satellite websites.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we reasonably determine that your listing harms the quality or integrity of our sites. In cases of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this service is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost bookings or revenue.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atlas Destinations is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
